Bizzare calls... Options

Hi, I just discovered these forums when running a search via Google.

Months ago, I was receiving calls from an unknown or "Private" number. Usually, at least on this particular cell phone, the only number that would generally show up as "Private" would be my mother's home phone, so I assumed it was her calling me. Instead, a very distorted, disturbing, ghostly voice was on the other line, calling me by my first name, then following with something I couldn't understand very well, then the phrase "It's complicated." I hung up, they called again, reciting a similar line to me. They called two more times, each left unanswered.

Anyone else had this occur? If so, any idea who or what it is?
