Hi all! I am glad this community. My question to anyone...is it a violation of law to curse out telemarketers (or collectors) that have called one too many times? My husband lost his temper and let loose and now I'm wondering and a little worried about any repercusions. huh.gif

Even if it was illegal, I don't think any judge would ever convict you.

Heck profanity is nothing
try blasting there ear drums with very loud police whistle.
You know the one with a BB in it.

Yea they promise lawsuits
But, for over 30 years they have all proven to all be liars.

The facts speak for themselves. If they placed any value on there own hearing they would have come up with a DO NOT CALL law 30 plus years ago.
that has NO exceptions period.

The fact they did not is proof they don't care one i oh-da.

Or is it? just plain fact "THEY HATE THEIR HEARING"
They HATE IT BAD

Just out of curioisity, I checked into this. If the call is one a telemarketer placed to you, you can basically say whatever the hell you want and they have no legal recourse against you. If you called them back, yes they could file a complaint, but on the other hand as our CA explained it, why would a telemarketing company that is operating illegally try to file a complaint against one of their victims, because all it do is draw attention to their own criminal activity.

Touch Tone TERRORIST every where should be proud to have their numbers added to my " DO NOT KILL LIST"
In retrospect its the least I can do for them.

Remember Preemptive self defense is perfectly legal.
And Water boarding these non ham eaters is perfectly legal Just ask Dick Chainey.
