Well, you are here for some reason as well......We are all just a little concerned and we have the right to be. IF you weren't then why would you have even come across this thread??

Got a call from a 'Tina' asking for Daniel. Now, that would be my juvenile son so my hackles and my fraud alarm were up and going off immediately.

I told her she would be talking to an adult or no one. She asked if my son had a checking account and told me that a purchase had been made. I pressed her for what company she was calling for and she said Agents Travel Network.
She kept insisting that a "purchase had been made" and repeatedly asked if my son had a checking account. I told her it was none of her business and started repeating fraud, fraud, fraud over and over again. She hung up.

It was clear that she was trying to lead me down the garden path of giving her any personal information that could seperate us from our money. It would have been entertaining to return the favor and play with her for awhile but I didn't have the time to throw away.

Instead I hung-up and did a *69 and was surprised that it came back with a live number. 727-471-1411. Then I called my husband, a police lieutenant and gave him the info and told him what had happened. We Googled the number and that is how I ended up here.

He called the number I got from *69 and ran into layer after of layer of theives, all of course, denying everything and trying to make him think his crazy wife was crying wolf. He was able to verify that they seem to be in Florida.

Upshot is this, they are trying to trick you into believing they have some information and then systematically extracting true information about you because you have let your guard down. They can make up routing numbers to make you believe they have one and when you say that's not correct they will ask you for the correct number. Pretty soon you will be giving them all kinds of info. because they seem so sincere. The list is endless, birthdates, addresses, place of emplyment, ssn's, credit card numbers and on and on.

The posts I have read indicate that their bag of tricks is full of everything and nothing is off limits.

Don't tell them anything, under any circumstances.

As of February 28th, 2006 Agents Travel Network is now called Travel Agents Direct and most of the phone numbers have changed. They still have the main customer service number as 1-800-853-9982 and the office number is still 727-471-0276.

They are located at 8751 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33771 NOT the address they give you over the phone. The address they give (the seminole one) is to the travel agency that supposedly takes care of the free vacation which is another lie. It isn't free at all. The $400 in airline vouchers they offer only cover a small fraction of what the ticket costs. You have to fork over everything else yourself.

Also, the Florida Passport the $149 hotel accomodations to Orlando & Fort Lauderdale (time share program) is now called "Floridaway". The calling card "Teleflex" was changed to "PRISM Communications". It sounds like "prison" when you're selling it over the phone. lol

These changes were made because like in the past, many people catch on sooner or later and start complaining. The manager even admitted in a meeting right before the change took place that it had to be made because every year or so "things have to look different" in order to keep going.

Sorry to say, as a former employee I knew the product was foul after a while. I found out that the discount travel card they send you has to be returned to them otherwise you'll get charged. As for the calling card (Teleflex, Prism etc), if the customer doesn't want it, they have to write a letter which states to deactivate the card otherwise they'll be charged $49.95. Sadly many were charged anyway before they got the package whether it was the travel, phone card, the hotel accomodations or ALL three packages.

The company that owns all these different names including "Capital Vacations" is called, "Suntasia Marketing".

Their website is http://www.suntasia.com. There, you'll find ALL the REAL corporate officers and their agenda. Make NO mistake about it, this company is ONLY geared towards making money and NOT into promoting a satisfying product.

Sad to say they made $20 million dollars (2004/2005 fiscal year) off of the backs of innocent people. I saw the numbers myself in one of their brochure reports. How long can they go before someone FINALLY puts an end to this charade. Feel free to ask me any questions. I am here to help.

BEWARE OF SCAM-TASIA ! !

Thanks,

Joe

I thought I would pass this along to those who were curious to know. There is a website called, http://alexa.com/ which ranks millions and millions of websites in order. Sort of like radio and tv has ratings for their stations.

When I originally found the marketing companies' website and typed in wwww.suntasia.com in the web ranking box a couple of weeks ago, what came up was "no data" to rank with. Another words the site was not known by many and no one was barely clicking on it, so there was no way to tell how much traffic there was coming and going. But now, I checked it today (3/8/2006) and its ranked in 3,561,487 millionth place.

It's kind of funny b/c when you read the "overview" (information) the site has been online since May 8th of 2000. For years it stayed underneath the radar because no one knew it existed. Remember a couple of weeks ago I found it and there was "no data". All of the sudden I place the link the other day on this website and on another forum and WALLAH !! instant traffic. Click below and see for yourself.

http://www.alexa.com/data/details/?url=suntasia.com

Seems to me people are pretty ticked off and want more information on this company. I thought it was kind of an interesting tid bit to share with you.

Too bad you didn't get the call on your cell phone while you were in a law school class on consumer protection law. If you did, then you could learn about the TCPA as part of your law school class, sue the caller for violating the TCPA, collect $1,500 from them, and write a paper about it for your law school class.

THIS IS SO FUNNY....

LOOK THROUGH THESE POSTS!

H O W  MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN CHARGED...AND HOW MANY
ARE JUST IN MORTAL FEAR OF BEING CHARGED?

CALL THE NUMBER AND CANCEL.

HOW TOUGH IS THAT?

DAMN WHINY CHILDREN...YOU WOULDN'T BE GETTING ANY CALLS AT ALL IF YOU HADN'T SUBMITTED YOUR INFORMATION TO SOME ENTITY FOR SALES INFORMATION.

TRY THIS...STICK YOUR MONEY IN A MASON JAR.

SEE IF WE CAN BILL YOU THEN.

YOU ALL DESERVE TO BE CHARGED IF YOU TAKE THE OFFER.

IF YOU DON'T - THEN TAKE THE REPS NAME AND CALL THE COMPANY TO REPORT THAT REP.

OTHERWISE - GET LIVES.

Ah, it looks like you are the one that doesn't have a LIFE. Aren't you the same poster that works at Suntasia? You creepy low life, scum bag! You really have a sick sense of humor and your days are numbered, idiots like you have a habit of getting what you deserve. Last time you boasted you eat breakfast with the FEDS in your great Suntaisa Building, built with a gym? You are a liar...and a scum bag criminal boasting about your ripoffs.

Your quote:

YOU ALL DESERVE TO BE CHARGED IF YOU TAKE THE OFFER.

Really? You know what you deserve? You better be careful and watch your back, PUNK! People don't take the offer, they are lied to and scammed!

So, how does one actually sue and get the $1500? It's not the easiest when you don't have a solid individual to sue...
Guest
Ok well i was half asleep and stupid enough to actually sign up for this stuff yesterday. Today I called distinct advantage, teleflex, and freedom gold and simply had them cancel my 2 week free subscriptions - the woman said if I had kept it more than 2 weeks then my account would be billed the amounts that everyone on this post is saying. They all gave me confirmation codes for the cancellations and were helpful in giving me numbers for the companies I had been signed up for. Just cancel before the 2 weeks is up - no problem (except for the annoying calls that i've recieved for months!)
Here's the numbers in case anyone else was as dumb as me:
Freedom Gold- 1-800- 835-0473
Teleflex- 1-866-821-8674
Distinct Advantage- 1-866-545-5486

Good luck

OK SO I KEEP ON GETTIN MISSED CALLS FROM THIS SAME NUMBER
727 471 1411
AND ITS PSSING ME OFF I NEVER ANSWER IT
AND THEY CALL AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY.

WHT IS THIS?

i decided to google the zip code to see wht state it was from. then i decided to google the entire number to see if it is just a telemarketing company.

I can't really give you complete advice in this forum. But you can learn about the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) on the web. You can go to the free section of www.tcpalaw.com, where you can find the law (47 USC 227) and the FCC's rules (47 CFR 64.1200).

You don't need to sue an individual, you can sue the company that called you. If you think someone, or a company, violated the TCPA, then you can send them a letter telling them that you will file a civil complaint if they don't settle the matter with you out of court. Then, if need be, you can file a civil complaint in your local small claims court. It can be an uphill battle, but once you get the hang of it you will find it's not so hard to do.

I guess people don't READ prior threads. The names for Freedom Gold, Teleflex and Distinct Advantage are ALL companies OWNED AND OPERATED by Suntasia Marketing. They have since changed Teleflex to "PRISM" (sounds like "prison" when you say it over the phone.. lol).

As for the phone numbers (1-800- 835-0473, 1-866-821-8674, 1-866-545-5486), they are ALL, now read closely again, ALL lead to to the same place, Suntasia's customer service department. When you call 1-800-853-9982, the agent will answer as a customer service rep, but when you ask them to cancel your Freedom Gold, DA or Teleflex, they give you the different numbers you see above. Once you call those, you're calling back the same room the agents in. Another words you're not dialing to a different "place".

If you're curious to know how bad this companys' reputation is, just click on the link below and see the complaints for yourself.

http://ripoffreport.com/results.asp?q1=ALL...7=&searchtype=0

It doesn't matter what you type in the search box, Suntasia Marketing, Agents Travel Network or any of their other programs they own, the fact is that they have NUMEROUS complaints against them
.

The numbers 727-471-1411 or any others similar numbers to those (read prior posts PLEASE!!!) are ALL Suntasia Marketing. Have them take you off the list and then send them a CEASE AND DESIST letter to their corporate headquarters. Here is the info once AGAIN. Pay attention and write it down so as to NOT keep repeating the same info constantly.

Corporate address is:

Suntasia Marketing
8751 Ulmerton Road,
Largo, FL 33771

Corporate Officers can be found on their website:

http://suntasia.com/officers.htm

You have the power to make a difference. If you sit there and whine then they will continue to call. Ignoring the calls isn't going to help stop them from contacting you again.

ok well regardless of whether they are one company or not, you can still call and have your accounts cancelled if you signed up!

Just wanted to say that i have received several calls from the number 7274711408 when i was on the phone the guy was very clever and persuasuve he told me he was from my bank and had some great free gifts that he was going to send me and he asked me to verify my information. I then replied with i dont think that anyone from my bank is going to call me and ask for me to verify info. I was right and he went on and on about how he was indeed from my bank. Finally i just otld him that i was not interested and he still proceded to send me the info and take the money from my account his name was "Preston". Before i hung up i made sure to get his name and employee #. I let my bank know of this and gave them all the information that i had, they were very polite in understanding and they closed my exsisting account and reopened an new one. So please just be carful of these jerks and continue posting your comments becasue if it was not for this site i would not have found out anything about these theives. thanks for all of your help and i wish the rest of you the best of luck on this. Again thanks for posting your information.
if i find anything else out about this i will post it, my bank is going to investigate these losers and let me know of the information they find out.

just to say to you that got billed the money unless it was authorized you should not be held accountable for this. (which of course it was not so your bank should work with you on it)

I'M SO Stupid...

i did the same thing.. i got a call from 727-471-1411.. company called agents travel direct... the agent (in which i have both her name and her ID number) said i won $400 in vouchers for airfare.. and a trip 3 days 2 nights to anywhere i wanted coast to coast... she verified my route number.. and asked for me my account number which i refused at first because i said i was uncomfortable giving out my info.. ugh.. i wish i had let my conscience win instead of me feeling pressured into giving it to her.. so I finally relunctantly gave itt o her because she was being so dang persistant and i was at work... ugh.. i was so dumb.. anyhow.. she got me to say ok for PRISM communications as well.. i declined the Florida one.. and she said that was fine.. i really didn't want to do PRISM.. but she was like.. i'm giving you $500 (which i thought she said $400 to begin with) blah blah..

and she gave me another number to call in the event that my packages get lost and i wanted to cancel.. and blah blah.. so... after she called me.. i called that number about 15min later.. and a guy picked up.. he gave me his name too..
and then i told him that i wanted to cancel and that I had just spoken with someone.. he asked me from which place.. something advantage or travel agents.. and i said travel agents.. and then he said.. ok.. i'll cancel it for you.. he gave me a cancellation number and everything and said that my information will be deleted and no longer there..

after that.. i was still really spooked out because i started doing research and found all these websites.. so now I'm really considering just closing my bank account number and opening another one in the event that they are lying and they do actually charged me.

I put my phone number on the national do not call registry as well as call my bank and asked them to put a notation on my account.. I love my bank.. they are cool.. gave me no trouble at all.. however, they gave me 2 choices.. i can either just closely monitor my account until i do see some abnormal charge.. and then my bank can dispute it for me.. or i can just change my account number.... which seems easy enough until i realized that i just paid some bills and i have to wait until those cleared.. sad.gif

Many people have canceled and they still charge your account. This is how they make their money thinking you won't fight it. These people called you at work? Must have been on your cell phone?? They are criminals.

I to have recieved many many many calls ! they come up as "SUNTASIA INC". The number is 727-471-1708 They have a web site. (several) but no way so far of contacting them by e-mail. I have an unlisted number but they got somehow. Isn't this illegal to harass people like this? Val

The important thing is to get them to stop calling so:

DO THIS...

Call them back and listen to their option menu.
Choose option 3 which is that you are NOT INTERESTED.
It says your number will be removed from their call list.
I just did that, hopefully it works.

I asked 3 times while on the phone with their representatives not to be called again, I specified that I did not wish to be called by them regarding the current product they were offering nor for any other company for which they place calls.

They still called.

I called back and did the above mentioned option 3 and they haven't called back since. Since they were calling both my cell phone and my home phone (within 30 seconds of each other) and because they called back after being told not to I've filed a demand letter with them (Donald Booth, General Counsel) in the amount of $5000 for numerous violations of the TCPA. I received notice today their considering my demand letter and will reply before the deadline.

Perhaps they'll settle out of court, if not.. I'll see them there.

People here have said that FTN Promotions (doing business as Suntaisa) sent their bank an actual check with their bank account number on it to make the withdrawal (as opposed to an ACH TEL withdrawal). If that's true, then they might have sent a "demand draft" like other telemarketers are accused of doing in the following article.

Published: Wednesday, March 15, 2006
By Dan McLean
Free Press Staff Writer

Roughly $200,000 will be returned to people across the country who provided bank account information to two Canadian telemarketing firms last year, according to the Vermont Attorney General's Office.

A&S Collection Associates Inc. of Williamstown signed a consent decree last week after being accused of illegally processing unsigned checks, known as demand drafts, last year for two Canadian telemarketers, attorney general William Sorrell's office announced on Tuesday.

Both telemarketers, Callcom Financial and CAS Professionals, obtained bank account numbers from people and sent the data to A&S, which printed 1,500 demand drafts using the information, according to the announcement. The demand drafts were usually for $200 to $300.

Good job! Just think what would happen if more of the people posting on the internet about FTN Promotions and Suntasia learned how to protect themselves by using the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act).
Joe
Once again I must say this company "Suntasia" is REALLY getting some attention. I have checked the website "alexa.com". They rank all the millions of websites out there in order. When I first checked Suntasia's ranking, Alexa said it didn't have enough "data" to rank it because there was no traffic going to it. So I decided to post the website address of the marketing company on here and in other forums (ripoffreport.com, scam.com).

What was the result? Suntasia is now ranked in 3,582,329 millionth place. Everyone starting clicking on it because they didn't know it existed. Over 2 million have stopped by to see it and I'm sure it's not because of the "great" products they promote. People are pissed and rightfully so.

I am giving you the link so you can see the traffic numbers yourself. There are green arrows pointing upwards which means the number of people who've been visiting the site. It also explains how much traffic is coming and going. Here it is
.

If you have any insight on this, please post it.

UPDATE:

Seems like Suntasia's website moved up in the rankings by one million points. It was ranked in 3,582,329 millionth place the last two weeks and now it's ranked in 2,588,772 millionth place. It's amazing to me how all of the sudden the website is garnering attention. Sad to say if you're looking for REAL info on this company their website leaves alot to be desired.

Check out the rankings for yourself.

Its funny to hear all of this now. I worked for this company for about 3 days and was considering going back. But hearing all of this now I guess not. The thing that I don't get is that your saying that the sales people are hanging up and being rude but while I was there it wasn't like that. They aren't able to be rude or nasty or hang up on people. There are like 2 to 3 people in the room monitoring our phone calls and won't allow us to do anything negative. I can say that they have like 10 rebutals for like anything you say so there is a persistant level with the phone calls which I thought was a bit much. But I didn't work on ulmerton I worked at the branch in clearwater on McMullen Booth and Enterprise as far as their direct address and number I don't remember this was a few months ago I only know where the building is. So I must say don't get upset at the employees since I heard one guy talking about taking pics of people and their belongings in the cars thats a little extreme since there are good people working in a bad place and do not know whats going on. But like I said the reports you guys are talking about I didn't hear or see any of that in the location I was at and when someone is paying you 10 to $12 an hour just to sit on your butt and call people who wouldn't be interested. One other thing people do get put back on the call back list but once again where I was you do not call back in the same day unless told to by the customer. Don't flip out on me I just ran across this info and just wanted to let you know from a person who worked there for a short period of time.

Be happy you didn't work at the Suntasia Corporate office. You said you didn't see anything but you were only there a few days. If you stay long enough you will realize the truth of this company. It is a COMPLETE sham.

As we speak they are being investigated by the FCC for charging 50 for a telemarketing license that doesn't exist. You have to be registered but there is no such thing as they (Suntasia) are collecting money on behalf of the FCC for a phone license. This is what they are still doing now, charging $16.50 for 3 weeks (use to be $10 for 5 weeks). Unfortuntely you never see your actual license and no one there seems to have any REAL answers for you as to why not.

The more you stay there the more you see how they REALLY make their money. Questionable company at best.

Hey... me too! They woke me up just like half an hour ago and I was so confused because they had all of this information on me, that I actually verified my information with them. I just cancelled with travelagentdirect and now I have to call to cancel the other companies. By the end of the conversation I was getting really worried and told them I didn't want it anymore, but they had all the information on me already. I'm going to go and change my bank account and credit cards regardless.

Good luck to everyone else!

Good luck

I was just contacted in the last 2 days by people from this place. They claimed that I was a preferred customer and they wanted to thank me. They claimed that they need to just verify my phone number and checking account information in order to send me some free gifts. The only problem with that is I don't have a checking account so I don't know what they were going to verify it with....LOL

Definately watch out for these guys

Tony
called in PA
I got a call today from 727-544-0057 (I'm in Pennsylvania). I did a reverse lookup on it, because I was pretty sure it was a Florida area code and I have friends in Florida. That was inconclusive, so I Googled it, and lo and behold, I've apparently dodged a great big scam bullet! mad.gif

They called my cell phone, which is registered with the federal Do Not Call cell phone registry, as is my landline. If they call again, I will give them a piece of my mind.

FWIW, I am a frequent user of discount travel websites as I have family overseas. I'm guessing that still seems to be the common denominator.

I just got a call from these people, and they wanted to give me a "Free" vacation. All I had to do was give them my bank and checking account number. I don't think so. I did a search on the Better Business Bureau website on the 800-853-9982 number they gave me and here is what I got.

Agents Travel

I also called the BBB and talked to a rep there and he said that the Florida BBB has to be the one to file a complaint on these people. Also, he said that the website I was given, travelagentdirect.com was registered to a Mary King 89 University Dr. Chatham Ontario Canada and that the phone number given was 519-351-6818 Now, I reverse phone'd that number in whitepages.com and came up with this...

Jake's Bearings & Supplies Div Of Cbs Equipment Limi Marc

Just got a call from 727-683-1115. I live in Raleigh, NC. Website www.travelagentsgodirect.com supposedly. Spoke with Tom Hassel who said I won free ticket vouchers and a vacation from my bank for being a valued checking account customer. Wanted my banking account info. Why wouldn't he already have it? Kind of dumb. Played with him for a little while and then hung up. Like I'm going to give my checking account number out to anyone over the phone. These people call me non-stop. He gave me the number 1-800-853-9982 to call back as well. I called the 727-683-1115 number and pressed 3 to be taken off of the list. Let's see if it works. They already knew my routing number, but be warned...they had asked me to verify my bank and city where I opened my account first. Hence, they knew what my routing number was if they had access to the right info. BE CAREFUL!!! If they keep calling I'll pursue further legal action.

Now you are too funny because let me tell you what, I have been at SUNTASIA for 2 weeks and I will not work anywhere else ever!!! I cannot believe that you people fall into this and call it a scam!!!!

FIRST of all, nobody ever tells you that you are not being charged... they tell you. YOU ARE NOT BEING CHARGED TODAY!! (legal)

SECOND we are just people doing a job. There are cooks in restaurants where you don't like the food, so in the future don't go there. (but you still pay the current bill) If you don't like a doctor, you change doctors,(but they still bill you) IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE PACKAGE OR THE BENEFITS that come with it, you cancel BEFORE the end of the trial, GEEZE.

Also, he said that the website I was given, travelagentdirect.com was registered to a Mary King 89 University Dr. Chatham Ontario Canada

THIRD the website is www.travelagentsgodirect.com NOT www.travelagentsdirect.com.

FOURTH nobody tells you that you WON anything. ITS A FREE TRIAL> after the trial is when you pay. (legal) NO DIFFERENT then a free trial from your INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER ie: aol. free trial then billed. (legal) GET OVER IT.

I also called the BBB and talked to a rep there and he said that the Florida BBB has to be the one to file a complaint on these people.

FIFTH Check it and there are no complaints (If all there are is a few pages here of unsatisfied travelers out of all the customers acquired DAILY) then they can't be half bad...AND there are no reports with the BBB for national or local neither good or bad. So again get over it.

****I'm sorry that you as an impulse shopper, have buyers remorse and want to take it out on the agent that gave you your free trial membership. However, I can only say this... CANCEL and take the trip and enjoy yourself, and anyway, if there were a mistake and you were billed in error, think about it, you ask for credit, AND WHERE CAN YOU GET A 3 DAY/2 NIGHT HOTEL STAY FOR 19.95 WITH THE ONE TIME ACTIVATION FEE OF 40.00? (IF you were actually billed in error) IF you can tell me where then I will retract everything I said. But you can't so I won't. ALL I'M saying is get the facts straight. If you want to get ino this the point is mute. *****

Have a nice day, and let me be the first to say, enjoy your vacation.

Unfortuntely you never see your actual license and no one there seems to have any REAL answers for you as to why not.

FIRST Well where do I start with this one. Ok, I'll start here:

The Florida Telemarketing Act requires non-exempt businesses engaged in telemarketing and their salespeople to be licensed by the Department before operating in Florida.

SECOND FREQUENTLY Aked questions

#1 The occupational licensing people say I need something from your office before I can get an occupational license. What do I need?

That depends on what you do. If you solicit the sale of consumer goods or services by phone, you may need a telemarketing license.

#2 But I don't solicit by phone, I mail postcards to people and they call me.

You may still be covered by the Telemarketing Act. The law defines a commercial telephone solicitation to include more than just cold calls, it also includes those situations where a seller sends something to a consumer that conveys information regarding the price, quality, or availability of a consumer good or service and invites a response by telephone.

#3 But I don't solicit anyone in Florida, all of my customers are out of state.

The law will still be applicable. It defines doing business in this state as a call from Florida or a call to a purchaser in Florida.

#4 How much does the license cost?

The application fee for the business is $1500 annually. The application fee for the salesperson is $50 annually. The security can be in the form of a surety bond, a certificate of deposit, or a letter of credit, and the minimum amount of this security is $50,000.00.

#5 Are there any exemptions to this law?

Yes, currently there are 28 paragraphs of exemptions. If you would like to receive the telemarketing application packet of information that will include a reprint of the telemarketing law, the administrative rules, application forms, security forms, and affidavit of exemption, please contact us. You can access this information online.

#6 I think I am exempt from licensing, but the occupational licensing people still want something in writing before they will issue an occupational license. What do they need?

They will want to see an affidavit of exemption. The affidavit will be included in the telemarketing application packet. Fill it out, sign and notarize it, make a copy for yourself, and send the original to us. Show your copy to the occupational licensing office.

#7What if the reason for exemption is not one of those listed on the affidavit?

You will then need to write to us and describe what you sell, how you sell it, and to whom. Describe to us why you feel you are exempt and provide specific statutory citations. Any supporting information you provide will be helpful. We will review the information you provide and respond by letter either agreeing that you are not governed by this act or disagreeing and that you need to be licensed.

#8 What do I do when I receive my license or affidavit of exemption?

The law requires you to display these documents in a prominent location. When you apply to renew your occupational license, you will be asked to show either your telemarketing license or an affidavit of exemption.

#9 Can you tell me what the telemarketing law requires?

The law requires businesses that solicit the sale of consumer goods or services to be licensed, to post some form of security, and that their salespersons be licensed. It also requires the solicitor to identify him or herself by true first and last name and the name of the business on whose behalf he or she is calling. It requires a written contract that matches the description of the goods or services offered in the telephone solicitation, contains the name, address, telephone number and license number of the seller, and states the buyers right to cancel immediately preceding the signature. The written contract is not required if the consumer is given a full refund for the return of undamaged and unused goods or a cancellation of services within 7 days of receipt of the goods or a cancellation of the services and the seller processes the refund within 30 days after receipt of the returned merchandise by the consumer.

if further PROOF is needed and you feel I am making this up... feel free to check out this link http://doacs.state.fl.us/onestop/cs/telemarket.html

Thanks again and have a great vacation:)

You are a criminal idiot...and by all means come back here and post when you figure it all OUT and quit....or...perhaps you have NO MORALS and will do anything for a BUCK.

FYI, the Banks, et al, are very well versed in your criminal activity. The only reason why Suntasia is still in business is because they pay kickbacks to Bernie McCabe and other state authorities. PERIOD. The FBI will catch up with those bastards one day, you can count on it.

FWIW, I am a frequent user of discount travel websites as I have family overseas.  I'm guessing that still seems to be the common denominator.

I just got a call from the same number 727-544-0057 they told me they were "Fidenltiy Credit Service" in St. Petersburgh.  I told them I was on the National Do Not Call registry the man was very rude in insisting the call was not unsolisited.  Something about a secure credit card...yada...yada...yada...Good looking out!  Be very careful!

My daughter keeps getting phone calls on her cell phone from 727-683-1115. Of course, they don't leave a message. Thanks for the head's up. Thought it was a scam!!!

This is a travel company that wants to sign you up for a membership. Please answer the call. They have you checking account information. I have a customer service number of 888-546-8844 to call to find out how they got your information. When I answered my phone he asked me a few questions then repeated my routing and checking account number to me over the phone. I'm now trying to get to the bottom of this.
